Project |01 Esquiste Athletes

For this project students were asked to draw an athlete using proportions we set up for them and using the colors of the flags provided by teachers. Students cut up their drawings into three sections and traded with their classmates until a whole new group of athletes was created which represented all groups coming together during the Olympics.

Project |05

For this project we talked to students about how colors work. We taught them about the color wheel,  how to use complementary multiple color schemes, and how to mix colors to create more colors. They demonstrated their use of this knowledge by painting the sculptures they created during lesson 3.
